Q - How long does a cart keep frozen?
A - Our carts can last 3 days
Q - Is it o.k. if my cart is delivered a day early?
A - Yes, our carts last 3 days, and it eases pressure for our
delivery
people.
Q - When do you pick up my cart?
A - Within 2-3 business days IF not sooner.
Q - Can I buy your products without a cart?
A - Yes, our cash & carry store is open Monday-Saturday.
Q - Do you offer discounts for churches or schools?
A - Yes, we do offer specials. Please call for info.
Q - I own a store and or run a concession stand, can I buy from
you?
A - Yes, many stores come to our cash & carry location, or order
via
delivery truck.
Q - What is your delivery area?
A - Prices and delivery charges are for Kent County only. Call
for
options if you live outside of Kent County.
Q - Do I need a deposit on a cart?
A - No, when we receive your order via fax or mail, that is our
confirmation.
Q - Can I pick up your cart?
A - You can, if you have a proper vehicle with tie downs. Carts
are worth
$1500 to $3000, so we must be very careful.
Q - Can I buy Dry Ice from you?
A - Yes, we keep 10,000 lbs on hand all summer. It is sold in 10
lb
slices.
Q - Do you have references on your carts?
A - Yes, Cascade Country Club, Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, Applause
Catering, Holy Spirit Church, Spectrum Health and Forest Hills
Public
Schools, to name a few, use our carts frequently
